Scheduling
Procedure
1. You will receive your
"Scheduling Worksheet" in homeroom.
2. Use the sheet to complete a
complete 7 period schedule for next year.
3. Your teachers will make
their course recommendations on this form.
4. Use the back of the sheet
and the Course Catalog (to the left) to make elective choices.
5. Counselors will meet with English classes
(Freshmen and Sophomores) or American History classes (Juniors) to explain the
online component of scheduling.
6. Parents should sign the
bottom of the form before students meet with their counselor for
their scheduling period during the week of February 22.
If you or your parents have
any questions, please contact your counselor. For parents who
wish to talk with their son's counselor, please call the Guidance
Office at 921-3744.

Finally, both you and your
parents are urged to contact your counselor if there are any
questions concerning your schedule or preparation for your future
college or career plans. To make an appointment with your
counselor: fill out an appointment slip. The appointment slips

the counselors have many appointments during scheduling time, and
