"Transcript Request Form"
and return it to the Main School Office
with $5.00 for processing.

Items found on a transcript:
- Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 100 point scale
(Many schools may ask for a GPA based upon a 4.0 scale. If this is the case, see your Guidance Counselor
for that number or reference the GPA Conversion chart found on the left column
of this page)
- Class Rank of the student
- A list of the past
and current classes taken at Elder and the level of the classes taken
- Absences and tardies from school
All of these items go into consideration
when applications are received by colleges, scholarship committees, and
potential employers. This is not to say that acceptance is based solely on the
transcript; Factors such as the application itself, essays, interviews, test
scores and
qualifications will play a part in the decision of the institution.
